Your little ones will go head-over-heels with this introduction to gymnastics and physical fitness. Geared for 3- to 5-year-olds, we will follow a "whole body" approach - working with them on flexibility, strength, balance and coordination as well as teaching them how their bodies and muscles work. They'll have loads of fun teetering on the balance beam, hanging from the horizontal bar, bouncing on the trampoline, and swinging the hoops and scarves.
