This brand new class combines the best of our Climbers, Tumble Bums, and MySize Yoga classes to give that energetic 3-5 year-old great opportunities to run, jump, pose, tumble and climb. Like our other "physical" classes, we follow a "whole body" approach - working with them on flexibility, strength, balance and coordination as well as teaching them how their bodies and muscles work. They'll have loads of fun running relay races, posing as dogs and trees, hanging from the horizontal bar, and teetering on the balance beam.
