Programs for Toddlers

Is your child doing a great imitation of a wind-up toy? Here are some options to focus that energy while improving motor, language, and socialization skills.

Wobblers (12-24 month olds): Wobblers are walking, running, jumping...always on the move. Let's use some of that energy to explore large and small movements, play games, move to music and have fun together!

Cruisers (24-36 month olds): Cruisers are gaining new skills all the time. Balance and coordination are improving and children are gaining more control over their bodies. Let's keep that forward momentum with loads of motion games, dancing, crafts and giggling!

Music Makers I (3 to 36 months): A teacher-directed music experience that offers parents and children opportunities to enjoy a variety of music styles while singing, dancing, playing instruments and exploring ways of making music. Children gain skills, confidence and a love of music with the support of a parent and the guidance of a teacher.

ImaginArts I (1 - 3 years): A sensory-based exploratory experience, where the budding artist in your child can emerge. While not for infants per se, if your child is mobile and independent, this class could be for you!

Kindermusik Our Time (1-1/2 - 3 years): Can you sound like an elephant? Or hop like a bunny? Our Time encourages your child to uncover an engaging musical world while building confidence, self-control and communications skills. Singing, imitating sounds, rhyming and object identification foster language skills. Creative movement to various musical "moods" develops a sense of balance, timing and spatial awareness. Listening and turn-taking encourage blossoming social skills. At-Home materials include a CD, book, and toy or instrument.

Pre-Ballet (2 - 3 years): Let your budding ballerina or Baryshnikov explore the world of ballet through ballet basics, creative dance, literature and crafts. (NOTE: This is truly a "first steps" class - if your child has already taken some ballet, you'll want the next level.)

American Sign Language: Experts recognize that children learn motions before they can process the words. Signing is a great way to communicate with your toddler while you watch his or her vocabulary start to take off!
